Advanced Identity & Threat Protection

  • Phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication (hardware-based, where supported)

  • Managed server backup designed for reliable system and data recovery
  • Image-based workstation backup for critical users (minimum 3 devices, or 1 device per 10 users, whichever is greater)

Onsite & Dedicated Technician Services (Add-On)

Onsite work is considered project-based or dedicated labor and is not included in managed service plans. Complete Secure IT clients receive preferred rates as outlined below.

  • Standard onsite technician: $800 per full day (up to 8 hours)
  • Senior / project technician: $1,200 per full day (up to 8 hours)
  • Multi-day engagements may be discounted when scheduled consecutively
  • Emergency or short-notice onsite work may incur a premium

Billing Options

  • Monthly recurring billing
  • Annual prepay option available (one base month free)
  • Annual prepay reflects current usage only. Usage increases during the term will be invoiced separately in accordance with the Client Services Agreement.

Additional Notes

  • Managed Services include unlimited remote support during regular business hours and onsite incident response when necessary to restore normal operations and remote access is unavailable.
  • Licensed service or non-user accounts included within the managed security scope require ITDR for Protected Service Account coverage.
  • Devices beyond the included per-user limit may result in pricing adjustments in accordance with the Client Services Agreement.
  • SOC-backed services provide continuous monitoring and escalation. The SOC contacts Crimson Tech if automated remediation is not successful.
  • Includes 500GB of backup storage per protected workstation. Additional workstation coverage and backup capacity beyond the included amount is available as an add-on.
  • Disaster recovery and business continuity planning includes advisory guidance, documentation, and high-level strategy recommendations. It does not include guaranteed failover capability, continuous replication, or automated disaster recovery unless expressly stated and separately contracted.
  • Security incident response includes technical investigation, containment, and remediation of incidents affecting systems managed by Crimson Tech. It does not include forensic investigations, legal or regulatory analysis, breach notification services, cyber insurance claims assistance, compliance reporting, or coordination with law enforcement unless separately scoped and contracted.
  • Services are subject to reasonable use as defined in the Client Services Agreement.
  • vCIO services are advisory in nature and do not include legal, financial, or regulatory decision-making authority, nor do they replace client executive oversight or responsibility. vCIO services include strategic guidance, planning, and advisory services and do not include execution of major projects unless separately scoped and contracted.
  • Project work, major upgrades, and migrations are scoped and quoted separately, including execution of initiatives identified through vCIO planning.
  • Pricing assumes standardized, low-complexity site networks. Significant changes to site complexity or scope may require pricing adjustment upon renewal or mutual agreement.
